30-day returns

We want you to love every gift. If something isn't right, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to start a return

• Email support@heritagehearth.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
• We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
• Pack the item in its original packaging where possible and drop it off at the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
